This includes patient names, medical record numbers (MRNs), dates of birth, social security numbers, room numbers tied to a specific patient, or any other information that could identify an individual patient. Cribside is designed as a clinical reference and documentation aid — it is not an EHR and is not intended to store Protected Health Information (PHI). You are solely and exclusively responsible for ensuring that no PHI is submitted through this service. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account.
