We collect your email address, name, and account preferences. When you record a note, the audio is sent to OpenAI Whisper for transcription and deleted immediately after. Transcriptions and generated notes are stored in your account.
Do not include patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, or any other Protected Health Information (PHI) in your recordings. Cribside is a documentation aid — always anonymize or use generic language when charting.
We use your data solely to provide the Cribside service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
